Sabinas Mountain Ranch

The house is a 2 bed 1 bath. It can sleep up to 6 persons with 4 twin-size beds and 1 queen. The bathroom is a shower/tub. There is a full kitchen with microwave, stove, over, refrigerator, garbage disposal, and coffee pot. The kitchen is stocked with dishes and utensils as well as a toaster and a crock pot. There is a television in the living room with basic direct TV set-up, there is also a DVD player. We offer "rentals" from our extensive DVD collection in our home. We invite you to borrow any games and books that might pique your interest. Outside on the guest house back porch there is a propane grill and a patio table and chairs which are great for BBQs. There is also a skeet throwing machine that we allow guests to use upon request, so bring your shot guns if this interests you!
 
We own 2 kayaks that we rent out to those who are interested, we also offer drop off and pick up on the nearby Guadalupe River.  Please, arrange for use of skeet machine, kayak rental, and drop off/pick up services directly with the host.  Extra charges may apply.

 
Breakfast will be in the refrigerator for you to get at your leisure. There will be a basket of goodies that will include a medley of any of the following: juice, yogurt, fresh baked goods, and fruit.  Menu options are also available for breakfast.
